So, I got drunk a few weeks ago.  Nothing new there.  But, apparently, in my inebriated state, I decided that I was tired of my phone case (it was cracked) and that I needed a new one.  So I re-started my Phone Case of the Month subscription.  I didn't realize this until I got a shipping confirmation.... oops!

Anyway, I got this case which is a fake-wood pattern with an owl on it.  I like it! I've been using it and feel pretty good about my beercision.

January's Phone Case of the Month

Phone Case of the month is $10 per month and they send you a limited edition (200 of each style made) phone case.  It's a pretty simple concept.  Pay money, get case.  The cases are pretty good quality, they have a soft feel to them.  Don't expect an Otterbox, but I definitely have worse cases from random late-night Amazon orders.

The case I was sent this month is 'Time Travel' and I got a few compliments on it the first day I used it.  Nerds like nerdy things like floppy disks and cassette tapes.  

This is the most gender-neutral case I've gotten out of the three months I subscribed, I felt that the others were a little on the girly side.  No ribbons or bows though, just cutesy themes.

Phone case of the month is an inexpensive way to dress up your phone.  In addition to having iPhone cases, they now have cases for Samsung Galaxy users!

This is $10 per month and the cases are meant to be unisex.  It's a surprise what you get every month, and if you don't like it, find someone who does ;)

Love Birds

This month's case for me was Love Birds.  It came in a bubble mailer with a pin and fabric bag.  I neglected to take a picture of those, sorry.  Each case also comes with a little business-card-sized info card with the name of the case and relevant song lyrics or a poem.

I think this case is really cute!  It's more of a summer case, but that's fine by me.  I could use a little vacation from all of this snow and cold.

I like phone cases, but I tend to get bored with them pretty fast.  At only $10 per month, Phone Case of the Month is an affordable way of changing up my case.  If I don't like the case that month, I'm sure I can find someone who will... and it's only $10 anyway.  I spend more on coffee for the week.

Case, Button, Bag

The cases are listed as "gender-neutral" but I think most of the ones I've seen lean toward the more cute/feminine side.  This one is in the middle.  It is a geometric print in shades of blue, and PCOTM has dubbed it, "watching the waves."  #thesea.  (yeah, I know).

They even included a little card with some lyrics from "La Mer" by Nine Inch Nails.  Ok.  Thanks.

I like this case though!  I'll definitely use it.
